Trip of a Lifetime Planned
This year during spring break, we are taking a trip I have always wanted to make! We are planning to go to Egypt!! We will start and finish the trip in Cairo but are also planning to travel to Hurghada and Luxor; I have watched many documentaries on Ancient Egypt and am very excited about seeing these ancient sites in person. To say I am excited is an understatement.

Busy Start to 2017
The year began with a trip to Dallas with my husband to the Beltwide Cotton Conference. It was nice to get away before the spring semester started and I also got to see my husband give a presentation about the performance of the cotton varieties his company has developed. Although, my husband and I have been married thirty years yet this was the first of his presentations I had attended. It was an enjoyable experience.
Last week I began my third semester of college, I think it will be a good semester. I look forward to learning new things as I progress through these next few months of school. I feel the decision to get a college education was the right thing to do, it was something I needed to do for myself as a means of personal growth.
Next on my list of things to get done is to start planning this year's garden and to decide what new bushes to plant. The yard is in need of a makeover to freshen it up. We have lived on the property almost twelve years and the landscaping is looking drab and tired so to speak. I plan to post photos as this project progresses.
Until Next Time!
